Do Hotels and Residences at Dubai Islands

Do Hotels and Residences by One Development is a resort and hotel complex that faces the beach in the Dubai Islands. There are seven floors in the building, including B+G+7, and it offers furnished serviced apartments that come in studio, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. All units are fitted with a smart home system and use the best quality modern materials.

AI and design come together in the project, resulting in an interactive and immersive lifestyle based on music and health. Private beaches, ambient lighting controlled by AI, and wellness facilities with music are provided for residents. The buildings have lots of open spaces, big balconies, and bright rooms that let in natural light. Whereas regular homes might not offer these features, Do Hotels and Residences offer smart systems, entertainment areas, and personal wellness services all together on one property.

Because it is in a new development by the sea, this project is notable for its focus on art, music, and smart living by the water.
